Great location and clean rooms.
You can't beat the condo location, only a few minutes walk to many shops and restaurants.
Overall the room was clean however you could tell the building was a bit older.
We really enjoyed the balcony for watching sunsets and the close proximity to the beach is 11 out of 10! We even saw a little turtle driving a wave, it was great.
The only real downside was that the AC was on timer, the principle of saving energy and reducing the AC run time didn't bother us it was the fact that the timer was a turn timer dial thing that you could hear it ticking away... tick, tick, tick... That sound drove my wife crazy when she was trying to fall asleep/

I’ve been coming to this lovely place for over 40 years. Our happy place. The staff are terrific and you can’t beat the location!! Swimming with the turtles and snorkelling at your doorstep. Pupu night once a week to meet other guests is a plus.
We stayed here while getting married on Maui and it’s too bad there aren’t more than five stars because this place deserves it. The beach views are very unique compared to the rest of Kihei because you’re about 15’ above surveying everything. This place is also rare for South Kihei in that is a hotel right on an accessible beach so it’s a very short walk to the water. There is convenient shopping right across the street as well. The staff went above and beyond our needs every time we spoke to them. We will definitely be back!
